AYAM means humanity.
AYAM stands for humanity — for the belief that life finds its way when we meet it with openness, calm, and trust. Its origin lies in encounters on Bali — with remarkable people who taught us that what lives within us shapes what we bring into the world, and that true beauty grows from inner attitude. From these encounters arose the desire to carry something back to South Tyrol and share it: serenity, respect and a deep sense of connection. AYAM brings together Balinese craftsmanship and a mindful way of living, translating both into furniture that touches, grounds and accompanies us over time. Born from Andrea’s encounters in Bali, AYAM follows the wish to carry what was experienced there into a new cultural context — building a bridge between the Island of the Gods and Europe. These are distinctive pieces of lasting value that do more than fill a space — they make inner stillness visible, always mindful of the hands that created them and the values they represent.
